As the name suggests, the interior is made up of industrial fixtures mixed with hanging baskets and assorted plants, hence 'Concrete Jungle.' The menu features colourful dishes ranging from smoothie bowls right through to their showstopping bircher muesli. An edible masterpiece, it's comprised of pomegranate, figs, pistachio, grapes and finished off with a strawberry and rose consomme. It almost looks too good to eat – almost.

Kansas City Shuffle

Located in The Rocks, just a leisurely 30 minute stroll from Macleay, lies Kansas City Shuttle. Focusing on fabulous cafe fare and top-notch coffee, grab yourself a seat in this bare-bricked eatery and get ready to eat. Order in the pancake. Yes, one is certainly big enough, 9 inches in fact! Smothered in lemon curd and topped with cream cheese parfait, seasonal berries and almonds, this fluffy pancake is naughty, but oh so nice.
